3782812 - Where-Used Lists Dependencies for Inactive Forms and Blocks Deletion of Custom Code Lists

Symptom

When attempting to delete a Custom Code List field, the system blocks the deletion with the message:
  • You cannot delete fields used in other business processes. Remove all usages to proceed
When you check the item’s dependencies using Usage/Where-Used, the entry shows a reference to a Form whose status is Inactive.
