3782821 - Planned cost in project currency converted again during cost calculation in "Plan Customer Projects" app

During the planned cost calculation inside a customer project, the system unexpectedly applies an exchange rate to the entered effort values even though they are maintained in project currency. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a project in the "Plan Customer Projects" app
2. Navigate to the work package and maintain the resource efforts in project currency
3. Observe that an exchange rate is applied for planned cost calculation

Cost rates for the relevant resource maintained in the "Manage Cost Rates - Services" app is in a currency different from the project currency. During cost planning, the system converts the planned cost using exchange rate type P, leading to the observed conversion.

If planned cost should be calculated directly in the project currency without currency conversion, maintain the relevant cost rates in the project currency in "Manage Cost Rates - Services" app.
