Dependents not unenrolled from benefits when the tracker is processed.

1. Create an employee with a dependent child nearing an age-based eligibility boundary (the age is configured in the "Benefits Eligibility Date Configuration" object), and enroll in applicable benefits
2. Ensure a benefit eligibility date configuration generates a tracker for the dependent’s birthday
3. Allow the overnight job (for example, Create or Update Benefit Enrollment or Employee Master Data Changes) to run and process the tracker
4. Observe that the dependent remains enrolled even though the tracker was processed, or that a follow-on tracker is created irrespective of status
5. The error message "The selected dependents are not eligible for this benefit." may appear when attempting a manual enrollment update

This could be caused by the "Enrolling For" option enforced a minimum number of dependents (for example, “Employee and Family” with minimum dependents = 1), preventing auto-unenrollment when only one dependent remained.

1. Review the Enrolling For configuration for the plan and remove any minimum number of dependents restriction that would block auto-unenrollment when a dependent becomes ineligible.
2. If a tracker was already processed, set the tracker status back to Not Processed and run the relevant job (for example, Create or Update Benefit Enrollment or Employee Master Data Changes) to apply updates.
3. If updates still do not occur, attempt a manual save of the enrollment to surface any validation errors and correct them as indicated.
4. Note: The job only unenrolls dependents; it does not change the Enrolling For option. Update the Enrolling For option manually if required.
