3782846 - "Add Documents" in "Manage Documents Grounding Page" does not retrieve any document - SAP SuccessFactors

When activating Joule Document Grounding connecting Microsoft SharePoint, documents uploaded to the target SharePoint site are not visible in SuccessFactors.

Despite connection showing “Site Connected”, no documents appear after selecting “Add Documents”.

API returns HTTP 400 with message “is not valid under any of the given schemas” after manually triggering the pipeline.
