Symptom

• In SAP Cloud Integration design time, an integration package is blocked with the error: "THIS PACKAGE xxxxxx IS LOCKED BY ANOTHER USER".

• Urgent changes are required, but the person who locked the package is unavailable.

• This KBA explains a self-service approach to unlock the impacted package.
