3782881 - Error "Do not use conversion exit CHARG for property BATCH in entity C_SETTLMTDOCITEM_F3658A" when approving settlement documents in FIORI My Inbox app

When selection Approval Settlement Document in My Inbox app and click on link 'Business Workflow Document Updates', below error be displayed in the new tab:

"App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment.
Failed to resolve navigation target "#SettlementDocument-displayFactSheet?SettlementDocument=****&SettlmtDoc=****". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment."
