3782941 - Job information pin icon does not keep top overview header fixed while scrolling in latest people profile

In Employee Profile Job Information, the pinned header does not remain locked when scrolling down the page. Additionally, the header becomes unpinned after navigating to another tab.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile - Full People Profile

1. Log into the instance.
2. Open an employee profile.
3. Open Job Information.
4. Click the pin to set/lock the top overview.
5. Scroll down to the Time Information section.
6. Observe that the top overview is not fixed as expected.

1. This issue will be fixed in 2H2026 production (planned availability: 2026-11-13).
2. Code correction has been created under ECT-275963. A patch will be implemented once a fix has been identified and currently the tentative timeline is 2h 2026. You may contact your Customer Success Manager or call our hotline number to know status of this enhancement request.
