3783071 - Inconsistent Transport list after tenant migration in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Missing and/or inconsistent entries in the Transport->Import and in Transport->Export lists after migrating from one SAC system to another.
• Missing folders and entries in the import list.
• No specific error message, but entries in the list are missing.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.8.10

1. Logon to old SAC tenant.
2. Go to Transport -> Import, then go to Transport -> Export.
3. Observe the original data queue in these 2 locations mentioned above.
4. Logon to new SAC tenant.
5. Go to Transport -> Import, then go to Transport -> Export.
6. Observe that folders and/or different entries are missing compared to the old tenant's queue.
7. Observe that wherever the export/import has a status (eg. Successful, Warning), the entities are missing from new tenant.

The packages were not originally owned by the tenant that was being migrated, which is why they are not available in the target tenant.

The issue can be resolved by downloading the required missing packages from the old tenant, then uploading these missing packages to the newly migrated tenant.
