How to lead your employee to SAP Successfactors mobile login page?

Environment

SAP Successfactors HCM Suite

Resolution

Please follow below steps:
 
Compose your company login URL on mobile, like https://<domain>/sfmobileredirect?company=<companyId>&view=mobile   
You can get your <domain> & <companyId> by: 
  1. Login SAP Successfactors web. 
  2. Fetch <domain> & <companyId> from below places:
     companyId.jpg
 
You can also generate your company login URL via following steps:
  1. Login SAP Successfactors web.
  2. Click the avatar in the top right -> Settings - > Mobile
  3. Input your email in the “Send Setup Instructions” page (see below screen), and click “Send"
  4. You will receive an email with the activation URL information.

After generating the URL, please send below information to end user , and request employee to perform below actions:
 
1) Download and install the application from:
 
2) Click the link to open the mobile login page, the format is https://<domain>/sfmobileredirect?company=<companyId>&view=mobile
3) Input username and password to complete the activation process
