3783210 - Custom Reference Attribute on Item Level Cannot Be Used in Determination and Validation Conditions

Symptom

You created a Custom Field using the Custom Reference Attribute on an item-level entity and noticed that this field is not available for selection when defining Conditions in Determinations or Validations.
