Symptom

  • The Joule icon is no longer visible when you attempt to access the Joule service via Fiori Launchpad.
  • This issue is happening from 19.07.2026. 
  • Among the symptoms is a 404 Not Found for requests to the below: 

    sap/ushell/modules/Assistant.js
    sap/ushell/services/FrameBoundExtension.js
    sap/ushell/services/SiteService.js
