Cause
While creating the Service Order and confirming the execution, the original line item is replaced by another line item of the same item type.
However, this replacement line item does not match the line item in the original Service Order.
The Service Confirmation displays the correct Service Order ID at the header level, but the item referenced in the confirmation does not correspond to the item that was released in the Service Order prior to confirming the execution.
Therefore, The standard creation of service order is not followed. The reports shows "Not Assigned" with no data.
Resolution
This is the expected system behavior.
