3783278 - Buy Again shows "unable to complete action" on first click during active team buying

Symptom

  • When using Buy Again on a requisition, the first click shows an error and the action does not proceed.
  • The error message displayed is: "Unable to complete action".
  • A message is shown: "To make this change, select Stop team buying. To continue team buying, select Return to home page."
  • The action completes successfully only after a subsequent attempt.
