1. Access the instance.
2. Proxy as an impacted user.
3. Navigate to Growth Portfolio > Explore Recommended Roles.
4. Observe that no recommended roles are displayed.

• Roles configured in Career Path as prior roles to the user's current role are directly excluded from role recommendations.
• Remaining roles have a total matching score of 0 because required skills/competencies are not linked to those roles, resulting in no recommendations.

1. Review Career Path configurations for the impacted user's current role and identify roles set as prior roles.
2. For roles that should be recommended, remove their “prior role” relationship to the user’s current role or configure them appropriately (for example, as next roles) so they are not excluded by recommendation logic.
3. In Manage Job Profile Content, ensure that intended target roles (including roles in other job families) have the relevant skills and/or competencies are mapped.
4. Verify that Manage Suggested Roles is configured as intended for your scoring factors (for example, job family, skills/attributes, competencies).
5. Recalculate/refresh and recheck Growth Portfolio > Explore Recommended Roles and Opportunity Marketplace to confirm recommendations are shown.
