3783315 - Colombia Reports - Documents Missing from Extraction When "Leer Datos de Tablas ZDIAN_15" Flag Is Selected at ZDIPA_15

When executing transaction ZDIPA_15 (Format 1001 — DIAN Información Exógena) with a variant that has the flag "Leer Datos de Tablas ZDIAN_15" selected, certain documents are not included in the extraction output.

The missing documents are correctly posted in the system (visible in FB03) and have withholding tax types properly configured in concept customizing transaction ZDICP. The issue is more noticeable for document type KG (vendor credit memo) or other documents with negative withholding tax values, such as reversed or cancelled payments.
