3783335 - Incoterm Location 1 is defaulted in FU without entries in /SCMTMS/INCLOC_MAP

After upgrading to SAP S/4HANA 2025 FPS01, the Incoterm Location field (INC_LOC_KEY) is determined automatically on the Freight Unit (FU) ITEM node, even though no entries are maintained in transaction /SCMTMS/INCLOC_MAP.

Clarification is needed on how the system determines the default value for the Incoterm Location 1 field when a transportation request (tTRQ) is created from a logistics integration scenario.

(FU = Freight Unit; FPS = Feature Package Stack; tTRQ = transportation request.)
