Symptom

Users want 'Deploy' access only in the Configure screen to deploy configuration changes. Assigning the WorkspaceArtifactsDeploy authorization also enables the Deploy option for Integration Flows in the Design screen, which users want to restrict.

Users request confirmation whether the two Deploy options can be controlled separately via different roles or authorizations.

Users ask if this is standard behavior and for a recommended approach to achieve the requirement. No error messages were reported.
