3783418 - PG710 is triggered during employee data replication for rehire when IT0009 sharing is configured incorrectly

• During the PTP replication, error PG710 is triggered for a re-hired employee who has multiple employment IDs in SAP SuccessFactors and corresponding multiple personnel numbers in ECP.
• The error occurs when the system attempts to create an Infotype 0009 (IT0009) record with a start date that falls before the "Account to" date in Infotype 0003 (IT0003) of the new hire personnel number.
