3783427 - POD event is missing in TransportationOrderGenericTrackedProcessRequest_Out

When sending TransportationOrderGenericTrackedProcessRequest_Out, Proof of Delivery(POD) event/below segement is missing in the XML.(Even though the it is maintained as last expected event in the FO type.)

As a result, the POD event is not a planned event in LBN.
