Symptom

When trying to setting up a Supply Creation-Based Confirmation (SBC) scenario in a S/4HANA 2023 or older releases, the Standard Planning Procedures 6 (Characteristics Evaluation) and 7 (Length-Based Characteristics Evaluation) are not available in the system.
