3783475 - Some New G/L Accounts Created via Expert Worklist Are Not Assigned Under the Corresponding FSV of the Referenced G/L Account - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

New G/L accounts created via the Expert Worklist in the Manage Operating Chart of Accounts app by referencing existing G/L accounts are expected to inherit the same Financial Statement Version (FSV) hierarchy as the reference account. However, some of the newly created G/L accounts are not assigned under the corresponding FSV node of the referenced G/L account.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. In Manage Operating Chart of Accounts, prepare and upload a spreadsheet to create multiple new G/L accounts by referencing an existing G/L account.
2. Open Manage Global Hierarchies and review the relevant financial statement version.
3. Observe that only some of the new accounts appear under the same hierarchy node as the reference account, while others are missing.

The issue is confirmed as a known issue and planned to be corrected in a future release.

The "Manage Global Hierarchies" app can be used to manually configure the hierarchy as a workaround.
