3783498 - Unable to Initiate Onboarding for Rehire - Onboarding

• Application error in BPE: Manage User Tasks.
• An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorID=..., timestamp=..., and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.
• Check Tool ONB2CheckProcessObjectExistsWithValidStatus shows "Process object is missing. The Process Trigger is present in the STARTED status.".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate Onboarding from RCM successfully.
2. Unable to find onboarding record on onboarding dashboard.

An existing record already uses the same username/login name intended for the new external user. As a result, external user creation fails and the BPE process errors. 

1. Go to Manage Login Accounts.
2. Search for the username that conflicts with the new external user.
3. Click on 'Edit details'.
4. Update the existing login name to a unique value.
5. Restart the onboarding error job to trigger onboarding process again.
