3783534 - Remove Edit permission of New hire tasks, however the user is still able to see Edit button

• Remove Edit permission of New hire tasks from a user
• When the user check new hire task from Onboarding dashboard, still be able to see Edit task button.

The role includes the permission "Admin access to MDF OData API", which allows editing of all Metadata Framework OData entities and overrides entity-level permissions, resulting in edit access to new hire tasks.

1. Review the permission role assigned to the affected users.
2. If present, remove the "Admin access to MDF OData API" permission from the role.
