3783540 - Field in billing document output form is empty when using custom form template – S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In billing document output form, none of the dynamic data fields are populated. And this issue only occurs when using custom form template.

Data binding for field in the custom form template is not configured or wrongly configured. Data binding will only work if the given XML data contains the binding name. 

The customer is responsible for implementing custom forms using Adobe LiveCycle Designer, so contact local developer to adjust data binding for fields based on binding name in XML data.
