3783566 - JP_SHUKKO table cannot be generated during Shoyo calculation

Symptom

In the Rehiring following Retirement scenario, you implement BAdI: HRPAD00_ENTRY_LEAVE by referring to SAP Note 1166453 - "JP: Entry Date and Leaving Date for Rehiring following Retirement". The system uses the entry date due to Rehiring following Retirement, which falls outside of the Shoyo period defined in table view V_T5J69.
This causes JP_SHUKKO table to not be generated in Shoyo calculation.
