3783580 - The "Created At" field, in transaction CO54, shows different time than the one in sender system

Symptom

A process message is sent from an external or internal system, for example MII. The time of the message creation in the sender system, differs from the Process Message Monitor (CO54) transaction. Both of the systems are on the same time zone.
