3783586 - Error column missing when converting CSV files to XLSX via Excel

Symptom

  • After running an import via "data import and export", the downloaded execution log (CSV) shows a blank header for the error messages column.
  • When the CSV is opened in Excel using Data > From Text/CSV with comma delimiter, the error messages column disappears and messages cannot be viewed.
  • In some logs the header may appear as “Errors” or “Warnings”; in affected logs the header cell is blank.
