3783640 - Drag and Drop Issue from Outlook

Symptom

When dragging emails from Microsoft Outlook into SAP Business One documents or master data:

  • The email drag and drop operation appears to complete.
  • A .msg file is created in the configured Attachments folder.
  • The attachment record is not added to the Attachments tab in SAP Business One.
