3783657 - KBA: Error /SAPSLL/LEG_CUS_TLC221 when duty type mapping is missing

Symptom

  • The customs duty rates upload stops with error message /SAPSLL/LEG_CUS_TLC221.
  • The error occurs in Transaction /SAPSLL/TLC_CUSB_UPL or Fiori App "Upload Duty Rates" during the upload process.
  • The issue appears when the provider file contains an external duty type (RTYPE) that has no mapping to an internal duty type (TLC_AART).
