3783696 - Navigation from Monitor Purchase Order Items to Public Services application does not work

• In the Monitor Purchase Order Items app, selecting a PO opens the Manage Purchase Orders app landing/search page instead of the specific PO.
• The side-arrow smart link shows “navigation not set up,” and the destination is unclear.
• When attempting to display a PO from Monitor Purchase Order Items, navigation to Manage Purchase Orders - Public Services does not open the document detail.
