3783716 - Payment Fields Missing in Sales Order Unless 'View all/show all' is Clicked First.

• While opening a source document in initial screen displays an Overview of the document with limited fields are displayed .
• After selecting View All /Show All, the complete fields and information are displayed, including all available tabs, sections.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Sales order work center.
2. Open any sales order.
3. Observe that the document initially opens in the Overview with limited fields.

Business documents are initially displayed in the Overview layout, providing a simplified view that includes the most commonly used information. After selecting View All or Show All, the document displays complete information, including all available tabs, sections, and fields.

This is Standard system behavior.
 
Note : This is applicable for most of the documents like Sales Order, Purchase Order, Customer Invoice, Supplier Invoice.
