3783738 - Error when connecting external SFTP account for Scheduled Jobs

• When trying to use an external SFTP account to connect a job, customer gets the error "signal is aborted without reason".

1. Open Scheduled Job Manager and create or edit a job that uses an SFTP account.
2. Enter the external SFTP host details and attempt to add/test the SFTP connection.
3. The action fails with the error "signal is aborted without reason".

Lacking allowlisting for IP addresses on the external SFTP endpoint and SucessFactors. 

It is required to allowlist from both sides:

• From your external (non-SAP) SFTP account, please make sure your data center's IP addresses were added. See the KBA 2089448 - Successfactors Datacenter Name, Location, Production Login URL, Production Domain Name, External mail Server details and Outbound IP addresses under the column "Outbound IP addresses"
• From SuccessFactors side, please follow the steps from KBA 3122406 - How to connect SuccessFactors to a new third-party site (allowlist on SAP side) - SAP for Me and raise a case under component LOD-SF-PLT-PSI providing the IP addresses from your external SFTP account.
