3783818 - Country/Region period value must be greater than 0 for DRTM Learning Data Purge Retention configuration.

When setting up the object DRTM Learning data purge - User Personal Information, Even though the retention period is set to 1 month or more than that.

Receiving the below error as Country/Region period value must be greater than 0.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Data.
2. Open DRTM Learning Data Purge – User Personal Information.
3. Create or edit a Country/Region or Country/Legal Entity retention configuration.
4. Enter a retention period for Inactive Users only and leave Active Users empty.
5. Save the record; the system displays: "Country/Region period value must be greater than 0".

The period value for "Active Users" was left empty in the DRTM Learning Data Purge – User Personal Information configuration.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Data.
2. Open the relevant DRTM Learning Data Purge – User Personal Information configuration.
3. Enter a period value greater than 0 for Active Users (in addition to any value set for Inactive Users).
4. Save the record and confirm the error no longer appears.
5. Proceed to create and schedule the DRTM job as required.
