3783828 - Consumption posted using /SCWM/MFG_CONSUME_ITEMS_EXT allows posting of SN with incorrect party entitled to dispose

Symptom

In a scenario where Serial Number (SN) is used, a production order is picked and the SN with incorrect party entitled to dispose is entered.

When performing consumption using FM /SCWM/MFG_CONSUME_ITEMS_EXT, no error is raised and the SN is consumed.
