Symptom

Clarification is required regarding inbound delivery processing apps after SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

SAP introduced changes to the inbound delivery processing applications in Warehouse Management.

Resolution

  • Manage Inbound Deliveries – Warehouse (F7922) is the successor app for inbound delivery processing.
  • Existing apps F1706 (Change Inbound Deliveries – Deliveries) and F5162 (Change Inbound Deliveries – Production) are planned for replacement in a future release.
  • Assign IAM app F7922_TRAN.
  • Activate the required IAM apps to enable the New Experience Switch.
  • Review test automation, as the New Experience Switch may affect UI behavior.
  • SAP recommends migration to F7922 as early as possible.
