• Need route map steps to be visible and applicable only to specific employee populations.
• Unclear whether dynamic/static groups can be selected as route map step participants, participant lookup only returns standard roles.

1. Configure a performance form with separate goal plan sections for leaders and non-leaders.
2. Open Manage Route Map and attempt to add steps that should be visible only to leader or only to non-leader populations.
3. In the participant lookup, try to select dynamic/static groups; observe that only standard roles (for example, employee, manager, matrix manager, hr manager) are returned and groups are not available.

• By design, performance management route map participant selection supports predefined roles (for example, employee, manager, matrix manager, hr manager, custom EA roles) and does not support dynamic/static groups.
• Route maps are fixed at form launch; conditional steps based on attributes such as leader vs non-leader are not supported.
