3783887 - Multi-Select Picklists Are Not Supported for MDF Custom Objects

Administrators would like to configure a field in a Metadata Framework (MDF) object that allows end users to select multiple values from a picklist to store more than one selected value.

MDF object picklist fields support only a single selected value. Multi-select picklists are not currently supported for MDF object fields. Additionally, the Latest People Profile does not provide functionality to enable multi-value selection for MDF picklist fields.

If a business process requires the storage of multiple values, consider alternative design approaches such as creating separate fields for each selection.
