3783895 - Transaction research widget with external tables makes new incentive dashboard inaccessible on SAP Incentive Management

Symptom

Transaction research widget is not working properly and makes the dashboard inaccessible for users.
Occurs only when using the new incentive dashboard; the old UI works as expected.
The issue starts after adding an EXT (external schema) table to the widget and saving.
No visible error message appears in the UI; preview becomes unresponsive.
