3783921 - Display Document Flow App Does Not Display Results

When using the Display Document Flow app (F3665) to display the document flow for a specific journal entry, the query results are not displayed properly as the loading never finishes.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Enter in the Display Document Flow app.
2. Choose Journal Entry for the document type and complete the specific input for the desired Journal Entry.
3. See that the results never appear as loading never finishes.

The Display Document Flow app has performance limitations when displaying large document flows. If the document flow contains a high number of nodes and connections, significantly longer loading times or timeouts may be experienced. It is currently not possible to define additional filters to limit the scope of the displayed flow.

Timeout issues may occur during document flow processing when handling extensive related documents.

Use alternative document access methods, such as individual apps instead of relying on the document flow view. Also, break down document analysis into smaller segments by focusing on specific document types to retrieve partial data more efficiently.
