3783922 - Error in App- Statistical Key Figure Values - New Version when posting a zero (0) amount

In the App - Manage Statistical Key Figure Values - New Version - F3915A, the following Error appears when posting an amount of  zero "0" - 

Mandatory field Quantity is initial.

In the old version of the app, Manage Statistical Key Figure Values (F3915), the same SKF entry with value 0 can be created and saved successfully.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app Manage Statistical Key Figure Values - New Version - F3915A
2. Select a Statistical Key Figure
3. Enter the receiver cost center and an actual value of "0"
4. Attempt to save/post
5. Error appears

Fix is scheduled to be delivered via CFD realease 2608.1 so that it will be possible to post SKF values with zero quantitiy in New version. 

In the meantime please use the old version of the app, Manage Statistical Key Figure Values (F3915) to update this.
