3783923 - SAP OpenText Archive Center (AC) - ILM Store - Azure - Writejob Error

Symptom

With Archive Center, using as ILM Store, when you write data to the Azure Blob storage, you get the error "Azure returns 5(HTTP response code 400: Message 5-Input/output error)" in the job write log (located in %ECM_LOG_DIR%\messages).
