Symptom
- The “SAP Analytics Cloud” ribbon/tab is missing in Microsoft excel (Desktop or Online) for some users.
- The add-in panel/sidebar opens but stays empty, the login is greyed out, or sign-in is stuck on the welcome screen.
- The issue occurs in both Microsoft excel (desktop app) and excel for the web.
- Users can access the SAC tenant in a browser on the same machines, but cannot authenticate via SAC add-in in Excel(Desktop or Online)
- Clearing Add-in cache does not resolve the issue.

Reproducing the Issue

- Observe that the panel may remain empty, the login is disabled, or the process is stuck on the welcome screen.
