Symptom

  • Running data transfer job drops to 0 suddenly
  • Unprocessed data keeps growing.
  • New delta is not posted to ODQ.
  • Sufficient background processes are available.
  • Issue occurs intermittently.
  • Error when scheduling report IUUC_REPL_MASTER_CONTROLLER: "Cannot schedule report IUUC_REPL_MASTER_CONTROLLER."
  • Error code observed: "Return code for SUBMIT command is 8 (SY-SUBRC = 8)."
  • After reactivating the MT_ID, it works temporarily
