3783966 - Screen Reader Focus Icon Remains When 'Show More' Arrow is Selected in Talent Card

Symptom

  • When using a screen reader to navigate to an employee's Talent Pool Nominations section in their talent card, selecting the Show More arrow expands the options, but the focus icon remains on the screen.
  • Even though the Show More arrow is no longer visible, the blank space can still be selected to collapse the section.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors with a screen reader
  2. In the upper left corner, select the hamburger icon > Succession > Lineage Chart
  3. Locate an employee and select the card icon (Talent Card)
  4. Go down to the Talent Pool Nominations section and select the Show More arrow
  5. The Show More arrow is moved outside of the screen, but the focus icon remains on the screen
  6. Clicking on the blank space collapses the section even though the arrow isn't visible

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed in the 2H 2026 release.
