3783984 - Edit Required Dates setting required dates for optional items

When using the Edit Required Dates tool for curricula items, a required date is being set for optional items.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Learning Administration >
2. Go to Manage Users Learning> Edit Required Dates >
3. Select a user and a curricula that has an optional item >
4. Enter the required dates and click on Finish >
5. Go to People > Users and search for the user >
6. Go to the Curricula tab and select the curricula >
7. Click on the three dots and View Details >
8. Notice that the Required Date for the optional item was populated instead of ignored.

This behavior is intended and is part of the system's design.

It is expected that an optional item can have a required date. If the date is added or changed using the "Edit Required Date" tool, you should see the updated required date.
