3784010 - Competency ordering issue in job requisition when TIH is enabled - SAP SuccessFactors recruiting Management

Competency order issue after TIH enabled when adding competencies to a job requisition; results returned via tag filter are not sorted consistently and do not follow alphabetical order, while search results may appear alphabetically; no error message is shown.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting and create or open a job requisition.
2. Select Add Competency.
3. Use a specific tag to filter competencies.
4. Observe that the returned competencies are not consistently sorted (not alphabetical and not by id or external code), whereas text search may list items alphabetically.

A product defect causes competencies retrieved via tag filter in TIH-enabled Recruiting to not be sorted as per the intended library-based order.

1. Note that a fix has been developed and is planned for delivery in the monthly release on 13-Aug-26.
2. Retest the competency list ordering in job requisitions after the 13-Aug-26 release.
3. If the issue persists after the release, contact support with details of the behavior and steps to reproduce.
