Symptom

I have imported purchase requisition(PR) into the SAP Ariba Procurement solution. When I approve the PR and PurchaseOrderExportRequest transaction is sent to SAP ERP system via Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, why the following ERP push error is received:
Purchase requisition XXXX, item XXXX, does not exist
