Symptom
The debug session starts successfully, but the execution does not pause at the breakpoint.
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- SAP Business ByDesign
- SAP Cloud Applications Studio
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to customer tenant.
- Open the Service work center and navigate to a ticket.
- In the PDI solution, open the ServiceTicket business object extension script (for example, -Root-Event-AfterModify.absl under /SRC/BO/ServiceTicket.xbo).
- Place a breakpoint in the AfterModify action and start the debugger for the relevant business user.
- Modify the ticket (for example, change the priority) and observe that the breakpoint does not activate.
Cause
The PDI solution is disabled in Cloud Application Studio, preventing breakpoints from being active.
Resolution
Enable the affected PDI solution in Cloud Application Studio and run the debug session again.
