Symptom

  • The event PREMISECONFIRMED is not present in table CRMC_IC_EVENTS.
  • The event is not available for configuration under Intent-Driven Interactions and cannot be selected in rules.
  • Custom alert on premise confirmation is not raised because the corresponding event entry is missing.
