3784240 - SES not opening from Freight Settlement document flow; navigation shows 'No data found' error

Symptom

  • Unable to open the Service Entry Sheet (SES) from the Freight Settlement Document (FSD) document flow due to No Data found error
  • Manage Service Entry Sheets app displays the message: “No data found. Try adjusting the search or filter criteria.” when it's navigated from FSD
  • Unable to find the SES in the Manage Service Entry Sheets app even while searching with SES number even though it exists in the backend database table
